Simon Wray

I currently attend Elon university as an undergraduate student pursuing veterinary medicine. Serving others (including animals, obviously) is where I find fulfillment. I was born and raised in central Virginia within the foothills of the Appalachian mountains.

As a current student and avid outdoorsman, nothing excites me more than what is to be experienced beyond the threshold of my home. I like to believe that hunting, fishing, and other outdoor endeavors are what define me as a person, all while taking the time to capture valuable moments through the lens of a camera in order to re-live those experiences time and time again.

I have photography to thank as a medium to connect myself and many others to countless extravagant places on this earth. While photography is merely a hobby of mine that allows me to hang on to memorable moments, I hope that others can find some enjoyment and appreciation for nature through my photographs.
